Select Airline Management is a General Sales Agency for the airline cargo industry. The company started in 2006 and has seen extensive growth and expansion in a short time. They offer sales and marketing solutions to a range of airlines as well as handle all reservations for their air cargo sales. The agency had been operating for one year without any defined marketing plan. The agency had also recognised its strengths and weaknesses after one year of operation and had clear aspirations about future business growth.

Objective
Create a corporate identity and produce collateral to support new business development opportunities and help the agency attract new airlines.

Solutions

Corporate Identity and Brand
Exigent created a new corporate identity whilst being mindful of how the agency needed to differentiate itself in a competitive environment. A new corporate brochure was designed and produced to support new business development and for use at international trade events.

Case studies
Working closely with the directors, Exigent drafted a series of case studies which highlighted their results based approach to each client brief. These case studies also support new business development and are a vital component in the pitch process to attract new Airlines.

Website
The website served two functions to allow airlines and freight forwarding companies to access rates and track their cargo. Select also needed to promote its services to prospective airlines and to position the agency and its senior personnel. Exigent focused on the agencies people, its and the results they delivered to clients.

 

Client Outcome

Select Airline Management doubled its turnover in its 2nd year of operation and has continues to see rapid growth. The agency increased its client base from three airlines in year one and now in its 3rd year currently represent 15 airlines. The company has seen substantial growth and continues to attract inbound interest from prospective airlines and trade press.
