The Company
Omnia is an independent specialist consultancy for companies looking to achieve real cost efficiencies across their supply chain for fresh and perishable goods. The company was created by four highly experienced and well connected directors each with significant expertise and knowledge of the perishable goods sector.
Objective
To position Omnia Management as an expert consultancy and produce relevant sales collateral to support its new business development efforts.
Solutions
Strategic Marketing Planning
Exigent produced a go to market strategic sales and marketing plan to assist the company in its infant stages. Budget was limited so the plan needed to reflect a phased approach to its business development.
Corporate Identity
We worked with the directors to produce a corporate identity that would be used across all future marketing collateral.
Case Studies
Exigent worked with each director to ascertain their level of experience and drafted case studies to highlight their areas of expertise and their diverse range of projects. The case studies also substantiate their service offering as well as supporting proposal documents and outbound press activity.
Proposal Writing
Exigent worked to produce a professionally produced proposal document for a recent bid for a project worth over £50 million.
Website Design and Content
Exigent designed and created all content for their corporate website. Working closely with the business development director to define the company’s service offering, all compiled case studies and biographies of the two main directors were also drafted for inclusion on the site.
Client Outcome
The consultancy continues to attract positive sales opportunities. The professional and clean positioning clearly substantiates their expertise. They are regularly invited to tender on complex and highly lucrative projects.
